In Bagdad, the breakfast crowd peaks on Saturday and Sunday mornings, so a weekday visit or an early arrival avoids the line. Across Florida, regional staples show up on the menu: biscuits and gravy and chicken and waffles in the South, breakfast tacos and burritos in Texas and the Southwest, green chile in New Mexico, and Hawaiian plate breakfasts in the islands. Check the listing for hours, whether the restaurant takes reservations and its Google rating and reviews, and note that many diners are cash-friendly but nearly all take cards. Counter seating usually moves faster than a table for one or two.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–1 pm. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Miss Luci's Tea Room at (850) 564-0797; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is misslucistearoom.wixsite.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Bagdad is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bagdad follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I love it here! I plan to bring all my friends when they visit from out of town. The food was great. I ordered the Charleston and 2 small pots of tea. Was full and satisfied at the end. The staff all came around to chat with us and make sure we loved everything. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of visiting Miss Luci's on 2/21/26 with my two daughters. We were immediately greeted, shown where our table was located, and invited to tour the building. Miss Luci gave us historical information not only about the house but a bit of history on Bagdad (which is charming in itself.) Then came the choices of teas. There was a long list of flavors. We each selected differently and were quite happy with our choices. The food came out, presented beautifully. Everything was delicious, fresh, and made on site with pure ingredients. All in all, we spent almost two hours there enjoying tea, each other, and chatting with Miss Luci and her husband. They definitely love doing what they do and it shows. I highly recommend visiting and enjoying.

We had a wonderful experience at Ms. Luci’s Tea Room. The tea was delicious, the food was beautifully prepared and full of flavor, and the nostalgic atmosphere was warm, charming, and relaxing. Everything felt thoughtfully done, making it the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the moment. The service truly stood out as wellβ€”friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to return.

We had the chance to visit Miss Luci’s during Mother’s Day a few weeks ago and it was so much fun! Their list of teas is wonderful, there definitely something for everyone. All of their food is made in house or locally sourced which is great. We also had the chance to sit down and chat with Miss Luci and her husband and had a great chat! Would definitely go again.
